New Lush Goodies!

Hello again, as I'm sure you already know I absolutely adore Lush and for a while now I've been lusting after the Oxford Street range.
I was beyond excited to finally get to go to any Lush store and try out a selection from the new range of products! So when I went to Leeds last Wednesday and was like a kid in a sweet shop! Here's what I picked up.

Haulin' Time

Hello again! I've been a little naughty recently and have been ordering a few bits online here and there and I've finally accumulated enough to talk about in a post! It's not all bad though, i did get some things for a third off which saved me a few pennies!

July's My Little Road Trip Box

Travel Organiser by My Little Box - £10.50
I really like how creative My Little Box gets when making their boxes and this organiser is no exception! I'm defiantly going to be using this for future trips, it's adorable.

Ready-to-Send Notebook by BIC x My Little Box - £3.50
I honestly had no idea Bic did anything other than pens but this is a really good idea, i won't have a chance to use it for a while so i might just use it for to-do lists but i love the artwork!

Cristal Stylus Pen by BIC £1.40
Nothing special, it's a nice pen with a stylus on the other end which i won't use, but it was a nice addition to the box. You can never have enough pens can you?

Golden Temporary Tattoo Set by DCER - £3.50
I've been seeing these all over Instagram over the past few weeks, although they're small I can't wait to try them out.

Summer Sorbet, After Sun Body Gelee by My Little Beauty - £9.00
I like the fact they included an after sun especially because it smells like bubblegum sweets to me yummm, it'll be perfect this summer.

Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water - £1.99 for 125ml
I've never actually tried Garnier's cleansing water, it usually takes me ages to finish a bottle of micellar water but they're fab for getting stray mascara!

Essie Nail Polish in 'Chills & Thrills' - £7.99
I really don't get the Essie hype and honestly I'm not a fan of blue polishes on me, disappointed by this one.

Did you enjoy this months box?

Cocoa Brown 1 Hour Tan

Hello again,
With the summer just about here I wanted to try my first fake tan and ditch the ghostly legs!
I've heard great things about Cocoa Brown from celebrities in the media to people I know, I thought I'd finally try it and see what all the fuss was about.
Marissa Carter has created a product that is quick to apply and dry, smells good and is great for sensitive skin.

Lush Golden Hanshake Review

Hello again!

I'm sure every Lush fan was keen on getting the Oxford Street products when they went into the online Kitchen, myself included. I picked up few items along with two of the Golden Handshake Hot Hand Mask's as I've recently been suffering with very dry hands, mainly from work.

Hello again, who's been enjoying the nice sunny days we've been having in the UK?
I've been loving the warmer days even though i did get sunburned at a BBQ a few weeks ago, ouch.

Hello again, the June box is finally here.
It's better late than never am i right?!
This month My Little Box kindly informed me they were running a little behind schedule, which I thought was quite nice of them but I honestly didn't mind.

Oskia Renaissance Cleansing Gel Review

Hello again!

I've been on a bit of a cleanser kick recently, but after trying out a few cleansing balm's my skin has really thanked me for it. (My skin wasn't in the best condition before, I had constant breakouts, redness and dry patches)

The Oskia cleansing gel is different from any cleansers I've previously used, it feels like a balm/gel hybrid which it melts into an oil when massaged into the skin.

Hello again, this month has just flown by! (I know everyone says it but it's true!)
Here are my April favourites...

April's My Little Dream Box

I've never been a fan of monthly subscription boxes, I've had a few different ones in the past and they just didn't stand out to me. That was before i discovered My Little Box

Five things i couldn't live without

It sounds a little dramatic, but I don't know how i could cope without these items.

1. Lip balm! I have the worst lips ever, they're constantly dry and sore so a lip balm is an essential. My favourite at the moment is the Burts Bees Pink Grapefruit Balm it smells so citrussy and really lasts on the lips too.

2. Moisturiser, having combination skin is a pain at times. I get dry patches in the morning then oily in my T-zone throughout the day so it's hard to find skincare that works well with my skin, but I've been using The Body Shops Seaweed Day Cream for a few months now and can't fault it! It moisturises just enough without feeling oily.

3. Hairspray/Styling gel, the issue with having thick frizzy hair is fly aways! I always have to have a bottle of hairspray or a little styling gel on hand to keep them at bay.

4. Cleansing balm, Thanks to Caroline Hirons I've completely changed my skincare routine morning and evening and I've fallen in love with a cleansing balm (Lookout for a favourites post at the end of the month)

5. Eyebrow tint. If you're anything like me and have naturally blonde eyebrows you can struggle to get that defined brow everyone loves, i like to tint them every few weeks using a Tinting kit or you can go and get them done professionally (If you are using an at home kit please read the instructions carefully before use!)
